Kate and Prince William are gearing up for a special Christmas celebration for their children, Prince George, Princess Charlotte, and Prince Louis.
As revealed by a royal commentator, the couple has devised a plan to ensure that their little ones have a memorable holiday season.
However, it seems that this festive period will not include a reunion with Prince Harry and Meghan Markle.
According to the royal commentator, Kate Nicholl, the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge will be spending the holidays at Sandringham with King Charles and Queen Camilla.
This means that they will not have the opportunity to see Prince Harry and Meghan Markle during this time.
Nevertheless, Kate and William have found a way to make the most of the Christmas season for their children.
Nicholl explains that the young royals will get to experience the best of both worlds during this time.
They will have the chance to spend quality time with Kate’s family while also enjoying the traditional royal Christmas festivities.
The royal commentator further emphasizes that the British monarchy tends to adhere to tradition when it comes to Christmas celebrations.
“I think we will see the Waleses at Sandringham with the King and Queen and the extended royal family members,” says Nicholl.
“What the Waleses have managed to do is have the best of both worlds.
They do the traditional royal Christmas, then they have Christmas with Kate’s family.”
In essence, Prince George, Princess Charlotte, and Prince Louis will have a double Christmas celebration, getting to spend time with both sets of grandparents and both sides of the family.
It is a special occasion for the children, as they will be able to create lasting memories with their loved ones.
However, it appears that Kate and William will not have the opportunity to reunite with Prince Harry and Meghan Markle during this festive season.
The Duke and Duchess of Sussex have chosen to spend the last three Christmases away from the UK, and it seems that this year will be no different.
Royal author Omid Scobie sheds light on the situation, stating that there was no communication between Prince William and Prince Harry during the Christmas period of 2022.
However, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex did send presents for William and Kate’s children, showcasing their affection for their nephews and niece.
