Prince George, Princess Charlotte, and Prince Louis delighted royal fans with their presence at the Princes Together at Christmas Carol concert held at Westminster Abbey.
The video footage of the Wales family during the festive event caught the attention of many, particularly Prince William’s attentive affection towards his youngest child.
Social media was flooded with comments praising his gentle parenting skills.
However, one sweet moment seemed to spark a flurry of comments from viewers who felt that Prince George had been left out of the family moment.
As the children posted Christmas cards in a special post box containing messages for those who might be struggling this Christmas, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis quickly returned to their parents, holding hands with Kate and William respectively.
Many noticed that George was walking by himself, leading some to express sympathy for him, accompanied by sad face and broken heart emojis.
On the other hand, there were those who defended Prince George’s actions, stating that he was simply acting in his role as the future king.
They argued that he was leading by example and exerting his independence, following in his father’s footsteps.
These individuals assured others that there was no need to worry about Prince George, as he was doing just fine and merely adhering to protocol.
While some royal fans were quick to draw their own conclusions, it is possible that Prince George walking by himself was merely a coincidence.
The young royal is often seen holding hands with both his mother and father, especially when William and Catherine are not preoccupied with his younger sibling, Louis.
On his first day at Lambrook School in September 2022, George proudly held onto his mother’s hand as they walked through the school gates.
He was also seen holding her hand at the Together at Christmas Carol service last December.
At just 10 years old, Prince George already carries a significant amount of responsibility on his young shoulders.
However, he is in good hands as Princess Catherine is already preparing him in the most endearing way possible.
During a recent outing to Windsor’s baby bank with his siblings, Catherine was seen giving her eldest child some stellar encouragement.
The heartwarming footage shows the youngsters holding packed gifts, clothes, and toys for less fortunate children as part of the center’s Christmas pyjama appeal.
Catherine can be seen putting a protective arm around Prince George and offering gentle words of encouragement.
She asks him if he can see how rewarding this kind of work is, knowing that they are helping others.
George replies with a simple “yeah,” and she proceeds to explain to him what they need to do with the donated bags.
This is not the first time Catherine has shown her support for Prince George.
Three years ago, during a visit to Glasgow, she confessed to a group of women that she had attempted to knit a jumper for him but failed.
She admitted that she was not skilled at knitting and even sought tips from the ladies who demonstrated their crocheting abilities.
Catherine shared that she had started knitting the special jumper when George was born but gave up halfway through.
She praised the skill involved in knitting and expressed her admiration for those who possess it.
Prince George’s impressive inheritance as the second in line to the throne includes a net worth estimated at a staggering 2.9 billion pounds.
At birth, he inherited 133,000 acres of land spread across 23 counties in the UK, valued at over 0.83 billion pounds in 2019 according to estimates by the Economic Times.
Under British law, the monarch’s eldest child inherits the Duke of Cornwall’s real estate portfolio.
Although Prince William is next in line to possess these benefits, they will eventually be passed on to his eldest son.
