Rumors have been swirling about Prince Harry’s longing for his brother, Prince William, but according to an expert, the chances of a reunion between the two are slim in 2024.
The once-close siblings have experienced a series of fallouts in recent months, starting with Harry’s release of his memoir, “Spare,” and followed by the controversial Netflix docuseries featuring him and his wife, Meghan Markle, which brought forth numerous claims against the Prince of Wales.
In his memoir, Harry revealed that there had always been a strained relationship between him and his brother, with disagreements occasionally escalating to physical altercations.
Despite whispers that Harry is seeking to mend fences with family members, including his father, King Charles, many wonder if the feuding brothers will ever reconcile.
Lynne Kerratt, a spokesperson from Pressbox PR, shared her insights on the matter with the Mirror.
She acknowledged that recent rumors suggest a thawing of relations between Harry and King Charles, while relations between William and Harry remain frosty.
Kerratt added that Meghan and Harry are fully aware that rebuilding bridges with the royal family will be necessary for any chance of reconciliation.
However, she believes that it is unlikely to happen in the near future.
Looking ahead, Kerratt pointed out that September 2024 marks Harry’s 40th birthday, a milestone that may prompt him to reflect on the past.
This occasion holds particular significance as it is an age his late mother, Princess Diana, never reached.
Kerratt believes that this milestone will be a poignant time for Harry and predicts that he may feel a sense of longing for his immediate family.
Kerratt expressed her conviction that despite their current differences, Harry and William share a bond forged through their shared experiences growing up.
She believes that eventually, the brothers will find their way back to each other.
She cited the example of the “Fab Four” – Meghan, Harry, William, and Kate – who reunited for a walk around Windsor following the Queen’s passing.
Kerratt expressed hope that King Charles does not want the next gathering of the family to occur only after his own demise.
When asked about the possibility of a reunion within the next year, Kerratt responded that unless something significant occurs within the royal family, it is unlikely that we will witness a public display of unity between Meghan, Harry, William, and Kate in 2024.
However, she did suggest that if efforts are made behind the scenes to mend the rift and rebuild bridges, it is possible that we may see a photograph of the Cambridge and Sussex families together in a couple of years.
