Harry and Meghan, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex, have found themselves embroiled in a prank known as a King Charles.
According to a source connected to Lady C, the couple is allegedly attempting to reenter the royal family in order to protect themselves from the legal battles they are currently facing.
This revelation comes as they continue their lawsuit against Associated Newspapers Limited, the publisher of the Mail on Sunday and the Daily Mail, with the support of celebrities such as Elton John and actor Elizabeth Hurley.
Their aim is to acquire confidential documents that were initially disclosed during a government inquiry into a scandal involving journalists eavesdropping on voicemails.
However, these records were deemed inadmissible by a judge, who stated that including them in the case would be an abusive process.
In a recent court proceeding, Harry’s barrister, David Sherborne, informed the court that they were considering reaching out to a government minister for permission to use the leaked documents.
These documents had previously surfaced during an inquiry conducted 11 years ago, where retired senior judge Sir Brian Levson had issued a legal order to protect their confidentiality.
Unfortunately, Mr. Justice Nicklin ruled last week that the Levson order had been breached, dealing a blow to Harry and the other claimants in their legal battle against Associated Newspapers.
The judge argued that using these documents without prior permission would undermine the administration of justice, and as a result, Harry and the other claimants were ordered to cover the legal fees.
Now, Harry and Meghan are reportedly seeking reconciliation with King Charles, hoping he will intervene in their quest for the secret documents.
However, it is unlikely that King Charles will involve himself in this situation due to various valid reasons.
Utilizing the information from the confidential records to strengthen Harry’s case would breach a restriction order imposed by Sir Brian Levson.
Harry’s legal team is urging the government to modify the restrictions imposed by the Levson inquiry, but some question why Harry should be an exception to these restrictions.
Critics argue that the couple is attempting to tarnish the reputation of the royal family and position themselves as victims, coinciding with the release of a book by Scobie.
The recent speculations surrounding birthday calls and Christmas invitations with the royal family are seen as part of Meghan and Harry’s efforts to gain public support for their lawsuit.
However, these tactics seem to be falling flat, as skepticism and criticism grow behind the scenes.
Meghan’s purported objective is to project an image of compassion, charity, and community engagement, but doubts persist about her true motivations.
As frustration and criticism mount, Meghan’s actions are facing increasing scrutiny.
