Meghan Markle and Prince Harry are said to be at odds with David and Victoria Beckham following a series of past conflicts.
The estrangement between the two couples has reportedly reached a point where communication has completely broken down.
This news comes as a disappointment to fans who were aware of the Beckhams’ support for Meghan and Harry, including their attendance at the royal wedding in 2018.
According to an insider quoted by the Daily Mail, the Beckhams initially showed great support for Meghan when she first arrived in the UK.
However, tensions arose when the Sussexes suspected their friends of leaking stories to the media.
In a tense phone call, Meghan accused Victoria of indiscretion, leading to a furious response from David.
The heated exchange made reconciliation seem highly unlikely.
This is not the first time that drama between the two families has come to light.
Royal biographer Tom Bauer mentioned the strained relationship in his book, “Revenge, Meghan, Harry and the War Between the Windsors.”
Bauer claimed that the Royals were deeply concerned about stories being leaked to the press.
Meghan allegedly believed that Victoria was responsible for these leaks, prompting Harry to confront David and repeat the accusation.
The Sun also reported that when Meghan moved to London, Victoria shared beauty tips with her.
However, shortly after, some of these tips appeared in the media, causing Meghan to feel furious and betrayed.
The source revealed that Harry, being fiercely protective of his wife, decided to address the issue directly with David.
While the conversation was polite, it undoubtedly created an awkward atmosphere between the two friends.
Eventually, they agreed to move on, but the incident strained their relationship for some time.
The source further suggested that the leak may have originated from a beauty salon, and that both couples have managed to repair their bond since then.
However, the recent revelations about Meghan’s plans to write her own memoir have added another layer of complexity to the situation.
Despite the Royal family still grappling with the contents of Prince Harry’s autobiography, “Spare,” Meghan reportedly intends to share her own story in a memoir.
In addition to her potential memoir, Meghan recently published her first children’s book, “The Bench.”
Released in June 2021, the picture book explores the relationship between a father and son, drawing inspiration from Prince Harry’s bond with their four-year-old son, Archie Mountbatten-Windsor.
