Controversial TV host Piers Morgan has unleashed his fury on Prince Harry and Meghan Markle, criticizing them for their disrespectful comments about King Charles and Kate Middleton.
Both individuals are currently recovering from hospitalization.
Morgan, a staunch defender of the royal family and a fierce opponent of the Sussexes since their bombshell interview with Oprah Winfrey in 2021, took to his talk show and social media accounts to express his outrage at Harry and Meghan’s behavior during the royal family’s health crisis.
Morgan, who claims to have been friends with Meghan before she cut off contact after meeting Harry, accused the couple of revealing their true colors by launching an unwarranted attack on the King and the future Queen consort.
He emphasized that both individuals have shown nothing but support and grace towards Harry and Meghan.
Morgan’s rant was triggered by the latest episode of Harry and Meghan’s Netflix documentary series, titled “The Truth Hurts,” where they criticize their relatives and portray themselves as victims of a racist and oppressive institution.
In the episode, Harry and Meghan accuse King Charles of being emotionally distant and cutting them off financially after they decided to step back as senior royals in 2020.
They also claim that Kate Middleton was a snob and a bully, alleging that she made Meghan cry before her wedding and never welcomed her into the family.
Additionally, they allege that both Charles and Kate were involved in discussions about the skin color of their son, Archie, a revelation first made during the Oprah interview.
Morgan labeled the episode as a disgusting and disgraceful smear campaign against two highly respected and beloved members of the royal family, who have been dealing with serious health issues in the past week.
He pointed out that while the royal family was facing a double health scare, Harry and Meghan were busy promoting their Netflix deal and capitalizing on their royal titles.
Morgan argued that the couple lacked compassion and empathy for their family and country, and were solely focused on their own fame and fortune.
Furthermore, Morgan mocked Harry and Meghan for the poor ratings and reviews of their documentary series, despite their desperate attempts to win over the American audience.
He referred to them as the Duke and Duchess of Smollett, drawing a parallel with actor Jussie Smollett, who was accused of staging a hate crime against himself in 2019.
Morgan claimed that Harry and Meghan’s love story was a fraud and a farce, accusing them of lying and exaggerating their experiences and struggles.
He emphasized their lack of credibility and integrity, asserting that they had damaged the reputation and unity of the royal family and the Commonwealth.
Morgan’s scathing remarks echoed the sentiments of many royal fans and commentators who have been outraged by Harry and Meghan’s behavior since their departure from the UK.
The couple has faced accusations of disrespecting the Queen, exploiting their royal titles, spreading falsehoods, and harming the monarchy and the nation.
They have also been criticized for their extravagant lifestyle, political activism, and hypocrisy on issues such as the environment, privacy, and mental health.
Having resigned from his previous show, Good Morning Britain, in March 2021 after refusing to apologize for doubting Meghan’s claims in the Oprah interview, Morgan has vowed to continue exposing the truth about Harry and Meghan.
He remains resolute in his mission to defend the monarchy and the British people from what he describes as the toxic influence of the couple, whom he considers the worst thing to ever happen to the royal family.
Morgan remains undeterred by the couple and their supporters, adamant that they should be held accountable for their actions.
