Prince Harry and Meghan Markle made a surprise appearance at an NHL hockey game, once again opting out of the tradition of kissing on the jumbotron.
The couple attended the game between the Vancouver Canucks and the San Jose Sharks at the Rogers Arena, where Harry had the honor of dropping the first puck, just as the Queen did two decades ago.
As the goals flew in, the couple enjoyed the action from a VIP box, drinking and dancing to the music of Simple Minds.
During the first period, an awkward moment arose when Harry and Meghan appeared on the jumbotron.
The crowd eagerly cheered them on, hoping for a kiss, but the couple blushed and laughed awkwardly, ignoring the request.
This isn’t the first time they have avoided a public display of affection.
In April, Harry tried and failed to kiss Meghan on the big screen during an LA Lakers game, making light of the situation.
However, this time, he decided against another attempt.
Joining them at the game was Marcus Anderson, a close friend of Meghan’s from her time in Toronto while filming Suits.
He played a significant role in organizing Meghan and Harry’s first date in London.
Known as the second most important man in her life after her British husband, Anderson added to the couple’s enjoyment of the game.
Body language analyst Judy James observed that Harry’s spontaneous and explosive body language during the game contrasted with Meghan’s more controlled demeanor.
Harry celebrated their team’s victory with enthusiasm, even erupting into a little victory dance.
Meghan, on the other hand, seemed more composed and adult-like in her behavior.
James noted that Harry’s immediate and uninhibited response to the game, followed by his celebratory dance, demonstrated his genuine excitement.
Meghan, however, mirrored his joy a few seconds later, suggesting a more calculated approach.
In moments when they thought they were not in the spotlight, Harry crossed his arms, avoiding physical contact with Meghan.
Meanwhile, Meghan appeared to be intoxicated, as she often does.
These observations have led some to speculate about the couple’s relationship, with claims that they can’t stand each other.
The question arises: does Harry regret marrying Meghan Markle?
Since their departure from London, the couple has relied on selling secrets about the royal family in interviews and books to generate income.
However, even airing out their family’s dirty laundry can only take them so far.
British TV personality Lizzie Cundy suggested in an interview with Talk TV that Harry may one day regret his decision with Meghan.
She believes that Harry will eventually realize the magnitude of his choice and the potential loss of his family’s support.
As the Duke and Duchess of Sussex continue to navigate their new lives outside the royal circle, it remains to be seen how their relationship will evolve and whether they will find happiness and fulfillment in their chosen path.
