Prince Harry and Meghan, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex, embarked on their final official trip abroad before the birth of their first child, due in the spring.
The couple arrived in Morocco on February 24th, 2019 and spent three busy days fulfilling official engagements before returning to the UK.
The tour concluded with a visit to meet the King of Morocco, Mohammed VI, and his family at a royal residence.
For the formal event, Meghan donned a blue-patterned Carolina Herrera dress, complemented by Harry’s blue suede shoes and grey suit.
However, an old rare clip has resurfaced, capturing the attention of many reporters and cameramen surrounding Meghan.
In the clip, one reporter or cameraman was overheard referring to Meghan as “abhorrent” upon noticing something peculiar about her pregnant belly as she entered the royal residence.
The individual speculated on how far ahead she appeared compared to Harry, suggesting that she had taken a running start to get ahead.
Commenting on Meghan’s agility despite being eight months pregnant, they remarked that such movements would typically result in wet pants.
Additionally, they observed what seemed like a “moon bump” sliding down a bit.
This led to speculation that Meghan’s pregnancy was not as it seemed, with her appearing normal, never out of breath, and always assuming unusual positions with a belly smaller than it had been months prior.
During an interview, a reporter asked Harry about Meghan’s pregnancy, to which he jokingly turned to his pregnant wife and asked, “Is it mine?”
while pretending to stuff a pillow under his shirt.
This comment was deemed embarrassing and inappropriate, suggesting a potential strain in their relationship at the time.
The commentator wondered if Harry had just discovered the moon bumps, leading to his awkward response.
They found his crass comment and reaction to be quite peculiar, as normal couples would typically respond with more respect and sensitivity when discussing their pregnancy.
Another clip emerged as they were leaving Morocco, capturing a moment between Harry, Meghan, and Crown Prince Moulay.
Meghan appeared visibly upset as she walked past both men towards the car.
However, she suddenly turned around and addressed Crown Prince Moulay before getting into the car.
During this exchange, one of the photographers was overheard saying, “She’s nasty,” which was met with agreement from another individual present.
It is unclear what exactly transpired during this encounter, as the current videos available online have been dubbed with music, potentially obscuring any comments made.
Meghan is expected to be around 30 weeks pregnant when she flies to Morocco, as most airlines allow women to fly until the 37-week mark.
Previously, Meghan had informed fans that she is due to give birth to her and Prince Harry’s first child between late April and early May.
This visit to Morocco comes nearly four decades after Queen Elizabeth II’s eventful tour of the country in 1980.
Described as a “tour from hell,” the Queen, then 53 years old, visited Morocco for the first and last time as part of a two-week-long tour of Italy and North Africa.
