The upcoming Halloween season promises to be a delightful and spooky affair for Carol Middleton, the mother of the late Princess of Wales.
In a recent newsletter from her renowned party decoration brand, Party Pieces, Carol shared her enthusiasm for the holiday and revealed her plans to engage in pumpkin decorating activities with her beloved grandchildren.
Accompanied by a heartwarming photo of Carol donning a cozy jumper, the caption read, “Halloween is an autumn highlight for me.
I can still vividly recall the fun and frights of my own childhood, the joy of dressing up, embellishing pumpkins, and embarking on trick-or-treat adventures.
This year, I have even grown my own pumpkins, and I am eagerly looking forward to decorating them with my loved ones.”
It is safe to assume that the young members of the royal family, Prince George, Princess Charlotte, and Prince Louis, will be eager to join in the pumpkin decorating festivities.
Living in close proximity to Carol and her husband Michael has made it even more convenient for the Halloween merriment to commence.
The royals currently reside at Adelaide Cottage in Windsor, which is just a short drive away from Kate’s parents and near her sister Pippa and brother James.
Adelaide Cottage, a historic dwelling dating back to 1831, underwent renovations in 2015, making it a perfect home for the family without requiring extensive modifications.
Additionally, the children have settled comfortably into their nearby school, Lambrook, where they are exposed to a wide range of subjects, including Latin and dance.
Carol’s hands-on approach to grandparenting is well-known, as she expressed in an interview with Good Housekeeping, saying, “I want to run down hills, climb trees, and venture through playground tunnels.
As long as I am able, that’s exactly what I’ll be doing.
I enjoy cooking with them, dancing around, and going on bike rides.”
