In a shocking revelation, Charity Navigator has exposed the alleged scam surrounding the Sussexes’ organization, Archwell.
The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) has taken action and shut down Archwell for its refusal to file a financial report.
These damning claims have come to light through broadcaster Esther Crack, who has openly criticized Prince Harry for his perceived ridiculousness and lack of productivity.
Esther Crack wasted no time in branding the couple as utterly ridiculous, accusing Prince Harry of not contributing much to anything.
According to her, their lives have been nothing short of absurd.
As members of the royal family, anything they do becomes significant news.
However, it is the sensationalist manner in which they left the royal family that has drawn criticism, especially considering their constant pleas for privacy.
This contradiction is further highlighted by their recent deals with streaming giants Netflix and Spotify.
It seems they are famous for nothing more than their own fame.
Attempting to counter these criticisms, the Sussexes have employed the help of their magazine, Town & Country.
In an effort to showcase Prince Harry’s philanthropic work, the magazine has featured a glowing article about his contributions this month.
The piece states that by stepping back from his royal duties in 2020, Prince Harry relinquished one of the world’s most influential platforms.
The article also ponders whether he will find success in his new career as a content creator for streaming services.
However, there are factors that cast doubt on the Sussexes’ claims.
The Archwell Foundation, their charitable organization, allegedly raised over $13 million in its first year of operation, outperforming both the Clinton and Obama foundations in terms of fundraising.
Yet, it is important to note that this was not their first year, as they would like us to believe.
Additionally, $10 million of the funds came from a single donor.
It raises questions as to why someone would donate such a substantial amount to a newly established foundation with no proven track record, especially considering the donor’s relatively modest contribution to charitable causes in the previous year.
Prince Harry’s involvement in charitable endeavors seems to be primarily on paper or through website appearances, with occasional attendance at events that often require worldwide travel and private jets.
Interestingly, Charity Navigator, a reputable organization that assesses charities’ impact and results, has not provided a score for the Archwell Foundation despite its alleged three years of existence.
According to Charity Navigator, this could be due to several reasons: either they have not received the necessary data, they have yet to develop an algorithm to estimate the foundation’s impact, the programs do not directly provide services, or the foundation does not heavily rely on individual donors’ contributions.
Further raising concerns, Google searches indicate that Archwell has not filed a 990 form since 2021.
This form is equivalent to a tax return and is mandatory for charities and registered 501(c)(3) non-profit corporations to disclose their income and expenses.
The absence of a 990 form for 2022 suggests that either the Sussexes are late in filing, with the deadline falling in May, or they have requested an extension and have not yet met the second deadline.
Failure to file or submitting a form that reveals improper use of funds can lead to the IRS shutting down the organization.
The purpose of the 990 form is to ensure transparency and compliance with non-profit laws by examining a charity’s financial practices.
A source has revealed that if Archwell’s tax year ends on December 31st, they have until May 15th of the following year to submit the form.
However, the fact that the 2022 form is already six months overdue raises suspicions.
It is plausible that the Sussexes have filed for an extension, but it remains uncertain.
