Duchess Meghan and Prince Harry have been under constant scrutiny and criticism for their actions and decisions.
Meghan, in particular, has faced backlash for her behavior towards the Queen and her accusations against the British royal family.
In the United Kingdom, the couple’s popularity rating has seen a significant decline, according to a survey conducted by the British Opinion Research Institute, YouGov.
However, what do the American people think of the royal couple who have chosen their country as their new home?
YouGov, a renowned research company, conducted a survey on this very topic.
They asked Americans the following question: “From what you’ve read and heard, how much sympathy, if any, do you have for Prince Harry and Meghan Markle, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex?”
The results, as of September 2022, are quite balanced.
Approximately 20% of the participants expressed some sympathy, while an equal percentage voted for not having much sympathy towards the couple.
Surprisingly, only 10% showed a great deal of sympathy, whereas another group admitted to never having given it much thought.
The largest percentage, at 30%, revealed that they have no sympathy at all for the royal duo.
