Next month, the Duke of Sussex is set to make an appearance at the upcoming Invictus Games in Britain.
This event comes at a challenging time for the royal family, as both the King and the Princess of Wales are battling cancer.
The Duke of Sussex is reportedly eager to reconnect with his family members during his visit, particularly as he plans to participate in a special service marking a decade of the Invictus Games.
In February, the Duke of Sussex made a poignant trip to visit his father, coinciding with the distressing news of the cancer diagnosis.
Following this visit, the Duke of Sussex shared with Good Morning America that he finds solace in his current life in California, hinting at a potential return in the future.
He mentioned, “I have other vacations scheduled,” alluding to his upcoming plans.
In an interview with The Mirror, the Duke of Sussex expressed his intentions to visit the UK, stating, “…that would take me through the UK or back to the UK.
So you know, I’ll stop in and see my family as much as I can.”
Reflecting on his recent visit to his father, the Duke of Sussex emphasized the importance of being able to swiftly travel to be by his side, even if only for a brief period.
He highlighted the significance of cherishing such moments with loved ones.
