In a recent video by royal reporter Neil Sean, it was revealed that Harry and Meghan Markle are feeling let down by the lack of support from celebrities.
Surprisingly, even Meghan’s mother, Doria Ragland, Marcus, Scooby, and their beloved tabloids have remained silent on the matter.
Furthermore, not a single member of the monarchy has spoken out about the near-catastrophic car chase involving Prince Harry and Meghan Markle.
However, this hasn’t stopped their friends from sharing their thoughts on the situation.
During a recent interview, an alleged friend of Prince William commented on the couple’s public outing in New York City on May 16th, which seems to contradict their desire for privacy.
The insider expressed confusion, stating, “I thought they were leaving the royal family for a quiet life.
If flashbulbs give Harry flashbacks, I don’t understand why he keeps attending awards ceremonies.”
The insider also referred to Harry’s claims that being pursued by paparazzi reminds him of his mother Princess Diana’s tragic death.
When asked if they believed Prince Charles would defend his estranged brother in this situation, the insider responded, “William and Catherine have dealt with similar situations in the past.
While everyone understands Harry’s anger towards the photographers, making hysterical statements doesn’t help.
As Queen Elizabeth II may have said, recollections may vary.”
A close friend of King Charles shared their perspective, understanding Harry’s distress at being chased by paparazzi, as he himself has experienced the fear it brings.
However, they emphasized that Charles has always tried to make Harry understand that complaining about the media or photographers is futile and only exacerbates the situation.
Adding her opinion to the mix, Bethany Frankel, a former cast member of “The Real Housewives of New York City,” took to Instagram on May 19th to comment on the car chase involving the royals.
She suggested that the incident didn’t have to be so extreme and questioned Meghan’s motives for demanding footage from the photo agency.
Bethany humorously stated, “I swear to you, this woman needs to get on ‘The Real Housewives.’
Just be a housewife.
Lean in, be infamous because it’s not going that well.
You alienated your base of fans.”
Bethany further criticized Harry and Meghan for attempting to drive to a friend’s private address on the Upper East Side instead of staying at a hotel if they wanted to remain discreet.
She advised them to slow down, stop the car, take a break, and wait it out if they found themselves in a dangerous situation.
In her passionate rant, Bethany also questioned why other mega stars like Taylor Swift, Beyonce, JLo, Justin Bieber, or Harry Styles haven’t faced similar experiences with the paparazzi.
She jokingly asked, “Is Mr. Magoo or Elmo their publicist?
Someone needs to control the beast.”
While the lack of celebrity support may disappoint Harry and Meghan, it seems that their friends and acquaintances have varying opinions on the matter.
As the couple continues to navigate life outside the royal family, it remains to be seen how they will handle the challenges that come their way.
