In a recent interview with British socialite and royal author, Lady Colin Campbell, a counterclaim has emerged regarding Prince Harry’s failed relationship with Chelsea Davy.
Lady CE expressed skepticism towards Harry’s allegations that persistent media intrusion led to their break-up in 2010.
According to her, personal reasons, rather than press interference, played a significant role in the split.
Lady CE, while conversing with GB News host Dan Wooten, suggested that Davy’s disinterest in royal life, particularly her life with Harry, was the primary factor behind their separation.
She also pointed out that Prince Harry tends to attribute his shortcomings to external factors, rather than accepting personal responsibility.
Lady CE boldly stated, “Harry can’t face the fact that it’s not the paper that broke up his relationship with Chelsea.
It’s that he didn’t cut the mustard for her for the long term.”
She further added that this behavior is indicative of an inadequate personality.
Phil Dampier, a royal biographer, echoed Lady CE’s sentiments, asserting that press intrusion was not the root cause of the couple’s separation.
Dampier opined that both Davy and Chrissie de Bonas, another ex-girlfriend of Prince Harry, were not suitable for the princess role, and their relationships were unlikely to culminate in marriage.
He also noted that Davy may have been the one that got away for Harry, as he seemed most content when he was in Africa with her, suggesting a deep connection between the two.
In a veiled jab at Meghan Markle, Harry’s current wife, Dampier expressed his belief that Harry would have been happier with Chelsea Davy.
Prince Harry’s legal statement, however, maintains that constant media intrusion created substantial hurdles in his relationship with Davy.
He further claimed that Davy chose to end their relationship due to the relentless harassment by journalists.
During the court proceedings, Harry also revealed that Meghan claimed to be pregnant before their wedding.
The couple officially tied the knot on May 19th, 2019, and announced the Duchess of Sussex’s first pregnancy during their Australia tour in October of the same year.
Rumors have circulated on online forums, such as Quora, where some royal fans speculate that Meghan Markle was already pregnant when she married Prince Harry.
One follower of the royal family, David Byron, sarcastically suggested that Markle was “absolutely and totally pregnant” when she tied the knot.
However, he clarified that if this were true, her pregnancy would have lasted for 14 months, which is not possible as pregnancies typically last up to nine months.
Another supporter of Markle, Janine Blackburn, expressed shock at the contradictory claims surrounding the length of her pregnancy.
She highlighted the irony of some people saying her pregnancy was too long, while others claimed it was fake.
In response, Cheryl Clare explained that David Byron’s comment was meant to mock the question itself.
The gestation period for a human being is nine months, and since little Archie was born 14 months after Harry and Meghan’s wedding, it is impossible for Markle to have been pregnant at the time of their marriage.
As Prince Harry’s legal battle with Mirror Group Newspapers continues, the question of whether personal reasons or press interference played a significant role in his failed relationship with Chelsea Davy remains a topic of debate.
Both Lady Colin Campbell and Phil Dampier have expressed their doubts regarding the impact of media intrusion, suggesting that other factors may have contributed to the couple’s separation.
Only time will tell how this narrative unfolds and whether new evidence emerges to shed light on the truth behind Harry and Chelsea’s break-up.
