Graduation Photo Sparks Age Conspiracy Theory
Meghan Markle’s age has once again become a topic of discussion as conspiracy theorists suggest she may be older than she claims.
Officially listed at 41 years old, some believe that the Duchess of Sussex is hiding her true age.
The latest speculation arises from an old graduation photo that recently went viral on social media.
In the photo, Meghan is seen wearing a graduation cap with the number 95 on it.
Conspiracy theorists argue that this indicates she was 18 years old at the time, which would make her 45 years old now.
The theory suggests that Meghan is lying about her age to appear closer in age to her 37-year-old husband, Prince Harry.
The debate surrounding Meghan’s age intensified when senior journalist Richard Eden criticized royal correspondent Omid Scobie on Twitter.
Eden sarcastically wished Meghan a happy 41st birthday, mocking Scobie’s alleged claim that she was only 31.
Responding to the tweet, another user wrote, “I swear she doesn’t look a day over 44.”
Many in the United Kingdom share the belief that Meghan Markle conceals her true age and is significantly older than Prince Harry.
While it may seem far-fetched, some argue that her wealth and resources could allow her to maintain such a deception.
Adding fuel to the fire, discussions about Meghan’s age reignited with the release of Tom Bauer’s book.
According to the book, when Meghan was just 11 years old, she asked Procter & Gamble to change a commercial with sexist undertones.
The commercial’s tagline, “Women all over America are fighting greasy pots and pans,” provoked a joke from two male classmates, which frustrated Meghan.
Her father, Thomas Markle, allegedly encouraged her to join a protest against Procter & Gamble, and she wrote letters to the company’s chairman and the then First Lady, Hillary Clinton, suggesting a change to “People all over America” instead of “Women all over America.”
However, eagle-eyed royal fans pointed out that Hillary Clinton did not become the First Lady until 1993, which would mean she was not in that position when Meghan was 11.
This discrepancy led some to question Meghan’s age, suggesting that she may be older than she claims.
Last year, social media users speculated about Meghan’s true age based on court documents.
A tweet, retweeted by royal biographer Angela Levin, referred to Meghan as “Princess Pinocchio,” a term coined by TV presenter Piers Morgan.
The tweet alleged that Meghan’s true age was revealed in the court documents, stating that she was 2 years old when her half-sister Samantha was 15, indicating a 13-year age gap between them.
Samantha, born in November 1964, is now 57 years old, leading to the conclusion that Meghan is 44 years old.
In response to the tweet, a user shared a screenshot of what they claimed to be Meghan’s email, suggesting that it supported the theory.
They noted that neither Meghan nor her lawyers challenged the authenticity of these emails, further fueling speculation about her age.
While the conspiracy theory surrounding Meghan Markle’s age continues to persist, it is important to approach such claims with skepticism.
Without concrete evidence, it remains mere speculation.
