In a recent incident on the rugby field, Kate Middleton, the Duchess of Cambridge, once again showcased her athletic prowess and good-natured spirit.

Known for her love of sports and her ability to meet challenges head-on, Middleton demonstrated her skills during a training session at Twickenham last year.

During the session, Middleton joined a group of players to practice a move that involved being lifted into the air.

However, one player seemed slightly embarrassed as he warned the Duchess that he would need to put his hands on her b*tt to safely execute the move.

Despite being informed of what was about to happen, Middleton had a surprising response when the move was performed.

As she was lifted to her feet, Middleton jokingly exclaimed, “Ooh!”

This unexpected reaction prompted the apologetic athlete to immediately apologize profusely.

The two then burst into laughter together, showcasing the Duchess’s good humor and ability to take things in stride.

While Middleton’s rugby skills have been on display in the past, she continues to actively participate in sports-related events.

According to reports from the Mirror, she will be heading to Hull to take part in a Rugby League inclusion day.

As a patron of the Disability Rugby League, Middleton will highlight the importance of this inclusive sport and also try her hand at wheelchair rugby and Physical Disability Rugby League, a running version of the game.

It is worth noting that Prince Harry previously held both roles as a rugby patron but relinquished them when he stepped back from his working royal duties in 2020.

Middleton’s involvement in sports reflects her passion for athleticism and her dedication to charitable causes.

In fact, her love for sports has been evident since her school days.
