Prince Harry received a significant gesture of goodwill from King Charles during his recent trip to the UK, despite their refusal to meet.
In an interview with Spin Gene, Paul Burrell, Princess Diana’s former butler, revealed how the King took care of Harry during his visit.
It is reported that King Charles arranged for one of the royal cars to pick up Harry from the airport and transport him to Frogmore Cottage, where he stayed throughout his visit.
According to Mr. Burrell, when Harry recently visited for the court case, he was picked up by a car from Royal Muse at the airport and taken to Frogmore Cottage, his current residence.
Additionally, the King ensured that food was delivered from Windsor Castle to Frogmore Cottage.
A chef was dispatched to the castle to prepare Harry’s meals, and a butler was responsible for delivering the food from the castle to the cottage for service.
Mr. Burrell emphasized that this act of kindness from the King goes unnoticed because it is a positive story, whereas Harry and Meghan prefer to share negative stories.
However, he affirmed that the King genuinely cares about Harry and continues to look after him as his wayward son.
Mr. Burrell also expressed his opinion that it would have been the least Harry could do to attend the coronation and support his father, even if he had to do it alone.
He noted that Meghan’s absence from the event was due to Archie’s birthday falling on the same week.
Hours after this revelation, it was announced that Prince Harry would attend the coronation alone, while Meghan remained in California with their two children, Archie Harrison and Prince Little Bit Diana.
A source close to Meghan revealed that she wants her children to have a relationship with their grandfather, as they will not have one with Meghan’s father, Thomas Markle.
Meghan hopes that her decision will be seen as selfless, as she believes it is best to keep the attention on King Charles.
Speculation about the relationship between Harry, Meghan, and other senior royals has intensified since the release of Harry’s memoir, “Spare,” in January.
The question now arises: Will this act of goodwill from King Charles pave the way for a new beginning for Harry and the royal family, or will it not work in Meghan’s favor?
