In a stunning ceremony held at Villa Aldobrandini in Frascati, near Rome, Lady Kitty Spencer exchanged vows with billionaire Michael Lewis.
The wedding took place on Saturday evening, with the celebration continuing late into the night.
While details of the ceremony remain scarce, both the bride and groom have remained tight-lipped and have refrained from sharing any snapshots on their social media accounts.
Lady Kitty, however, did share a photo of herself sitting on a bench in Florence’s Piazza del Duomo the day after the wedding.
Her caption read, “The best way to see Piazza del Duomo, early hours of the morning with not a soul in sight.”
This post, along with a selfie shared by Dutch fashion model Marpesa Henink, which included the words “Teen Bride,” provided a clue that Lady Kitty’s wedding was imminent.
Speculation is rife that Lady Kitty wore a wedding dress designed by Dolce & Gabbana, as she is a global ambassador for the renowned fashion brand.
Among the esteemed guests who attended the ceremony were Lady Kitty’s twin sisters, Eliza and Amelia, as well as her close friends, Viscountess Emma Weymouth and her husband Sewalin Thynen, the Marquis of Bath.
Pop star Pixie Lott and her model boyfriend Oliver Cheshire, Idris Elba’s wife Sabrina, and Made in Chelsea star Marc Vandelli were also in attendance.
The couple’s big day was made even more special by the presence of Mr. Lewis’ three adult children from his previous marriage to Leola.
However, it remains uncertain whether Lady Kitty’s father, Charles, 9th Earl Spencer, made the trip to Italy for the wedding.
On Friday, he shared a captivating photo of the moon rising above the gardens of his residence, Althorp.
Due to current travel restrictions and commitments, it is highly unlikely that Prince William and Kate were able to attend the wedding of the Duke’s cousin.
Travelers from England to Italy are currently required to self-isolate for five days, and earlier this week, the Cambridge family celebrated Prince George’s eighth birthday.
Similarly, Meghan and Prince Harry are not believed to have made the journey across the Atlantic to be present at the nuptials.
