Meghan Markle finds herself in the spotlight once again, but this time it’s not for her royal status or philanthropic endeavors.
Recent revelations by paparazzo Karl Larsson have shed light on staged photographs of Meghan and her husband, Prince Harry.
The couple was captured holding hands and smiling as they strolled through Santa Barbara, their first public appearance since leaving their UK home.
The photos, taken outside an office complex housing various establishments such as a karate studio, hair salon, Pilates studio, and a yoga and Himalayan meditation group, were snapped by Karl Larsson.
This isn’t the first time Larsson has been associated with Meghan and Harry, as he previously captured them at a polo match in Montecito last year.
Defending his work, Larsson stated, “The polo match was a public event.
Everyone was allowed to take pictures, but no one came to take photos.
I wouldn’t have put my name on the photo if it was dodgy at all.”
Interestingly, Larsson had a YouTube channel centered around the Sussexes, co-hosted with none other than Meghan’s father, Thomas Markle.
However, Larsson now claims to be friends with Harry and Meghan on Instagram, making it clear that the recent photos were indeed staged.
In an Instagram story, Larsson expressed, “That weird moment the paparazzi guy who Meghan Markle hired to take her and Harry’s picture claims that he knows them and that she only smiles for him.
Way to confirm that the pictures are set up.
Meghan will maybe hire a different photographer next time.”
Not stopping there, Larsson compared Meghan to Slash of Guns N’ Roses in another Instagram post.
He pointed out their shared mixed-race heritage and the fact that both are beloved in both the UK and the US.
Larsson boldly claimed that Meghan and Harry only smile and laugh naturally for his photography PR.
He even went as far as stating, “Plus, I’m a dear friend with both of their families.”
These actions have raised eyebrows, leaving many questioning the authenticity of Meghan’s intentions.
Critics argue that Meghan’s decision to recruit Larsson to emphasize her love for Harry reeks of desperation.
They question the need to constantly showcase their relationship to the world.
After all, what is the purpose behind this display?
Detractors claim that the couple lacks a brand or economic value, labeling them as lazy and dull.
To resort to enlisting alleged friends to sing their praises only adds to the suspicion that something is amiss.
This isn’t the first time Meghan and Harry have been accused of orchestrating staged moments.
Larsson’s actions bring to mind the time they brought their black nanny into the limelight for a PR interview, attempting to portray themselves as loving parents and a devoted couple.
Such tactics have led many to view Larsson as untrustworthy and question his motives.
Larsson has now confirmed that the images in question were indeed set up, suggesting that Meghan may have used him to stage a photoshoot involving her estranged father, Thomas Markle, being measured for a wedding suit.
Allegedly, Larsson attempted to manipulate Thomas into making damaging statements on their joint YouTube channel, portraying him as a villain.
