In a shocking revelation, biographer and former journalist Tom Bauer has shared an extraordinary story about Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s alleged attempt to secure a free holiday at a luxurious beachside mansion.
Bauer also claimed that the couple’s constant demands for expenses, driven by their desire to live without spending a dime, had infuriated Spotify and led to the termination of their £18 million podcast deal.
During an interview with Dan Wooten on GB News, Bauer referred to the Duke and Duchess of Sussex as “scroungers,” emphasizing their persistent search for freebies, be it private jets, houses, or meals.
He recounted a particular incident where Harry and Meghan were invited to a sun-kissed location, arriving in their host’s private jet, as was their usual practice.
While there, they discovered that another guest possessed a beautiful beach house.
Intrigued, Meghan approached her and proposed a friendship, expressing her interest in using the house.
Surprisingly, the woman agreed to lend them her property.
The following day, Harry contacted the woman again, this time inquiring about the possibility of borrowing her private jet to reach their desired destination.
Bauer characterized this behavior as “The Grift,” a term he used to describe the couple’s relentless pursuit of freebies.
According to him, this constant scrounging ultimately drove Spotify and Netflix away from partnering with the Sussexes.
Although the names of the couple involved in the incident were not disclosed in reports, speculation suggests it was Amal Clooney.
It is worth noting that the Clooneys were guests at Harry and Meghan’s wedding in 2018; however, it is claimed that they did not actually know the newlyweds.
Controversially, Harry omitted Amal and George from the acknowledgments section of his book, “Spare.”
The Harkles, as they are sometimes referred to, have also been known to borrow private jets from the Goody Renka guy, who is Victoria Jackson’s husband.
Meghan has been actively cultivating a relationship with Jackson, even appearing on her Archetypes podcast.
This incident was not the first time the Sussexes were accused of mooching off wealthy individuals for private jet travel.
Rumors circulated about Harry relying on Dr. Patrick Soon-Shiong, co-owner of the Lakers, for his private jet.
Lady C, a well-known commentator, claimed that people in A-list circles were avoiding the couple due to their constant attempts to mooch off others.
Lady C also highlighted the issue of trust, stating that the Sussexes had publicly betrayed the trust of their close family by publishing a gossipy book about them.
In circles where privacy is highly valued, inviting individuals with a history of breaking such trust becomes a significant concern.
The news of Meghan and Harry’s alleged behavior has left many questioning their motives and actions.
As the couple continues to navigate their new life away from the royal family, it remains to be seen how their reputation will be affected by these revelations.
