In a recent article by Sarah Vine in the Daily Mail, Meghan Markle, the Duchess of Sussex, has been accused of using a moon bump, a fake pregnancy bump prosthetic.
This allegation has sparked a wave of discussions on social media, with the hashtag #moonbump being used to address the supposed deception.
Additionally, the hashtag #Megxit, a play on the word Brexit, has been used alongside it.
The term “moon bump” refers to the alleged prosthetic bump or pillow that Meghan wears under her clothes to simulate a pregnant belly.
Critics have not held back in expressing their opinions on every aspect of Meghan’s life, including her fashion choices, physical movements, and even her baby bump.
Some individuals speculated that Meghan appeared unusually thin in her face and body, leading to suspicions about her pregnancy.
However, a few days later, Meghan’s face appeared puffy when she attended a royal event, causing further speculation.
Meghan Markle’s attempts to convince the world of her natural birth experiences with both Archie and Lilibet in the Netflix series have been met with skepticism from royal fans.
Jenny.au, a user on Quora, commented on the documentary, stating that the footage presented was unconvincing and poorly executed.
The absence of names and dates on the ultrasound images raised suspicions, as any pregnant woman could have been lying on that bench.
Moreover, a picture of Meghan looking out of a window with her baby bump protruding sparked amusement, as it seemed unnatural and lacked any signs of gravitational pull.
The comment continued by questioning whether Meghan had a ribcage, as the baby seemed to occupy both the diaphragm and abdominal pelvic cavity, which is not typical even in cases of quintuplet pregnancies.
The commenter also noted that Meghan’s face appeared puffy after giving birth, unlike most new mothers whose faces tend to look drawn, unless there are underlying health issues.
The suspicion was raised that Meghan may have been using cheek inserts, which would not affect her speech.
Supporting the doubts expressed by the netizen, another individual claimed that Meghan was never pregnant and suggested the possibility of a miscarriage.
They labeled Meghan as a pathological liar and added that Thomas Markle, Meghan’s father, knew for a fact that she had frozen embryos when she was still involved in the television show “Suits.”
This decision seemed sensible at the time, given that Meghan was 35 years old and focused on her career.
Furthermore, it was revealed that Meghan never wanted to have children with her previous partner, Trevor Engelson, whom she was with for ten years before their marriage.
This was allegedly documented in a signed agreement.
Adding fuel to the fire, an obstetrics expert with over 30 years of experience pointed out that the anatomy of a pregnant woman does not allow for a fetus of that size to be situated in the epigastric region, supporting the claim that Meghan’s baby bump was fake.
The expert referred to a picture as the “single greatest evidence of moon bump.”
In another development, Meghan and Harry surprised many by excluding their children, Archie and Lilibet, from their 2022 Christmas card.
Instead, the couple featured a black and white photo of themselves taken at the Ripple of Hope award gala in New York City.
This move contrasts with the previous year when they proudly introduced their daughter to the world.
The message accompanying the card read, “Happy holidays!
This year, 2021, we welcomed our daughter Lilibet to the world.
Archie made us a mama and papa, and Lily made us a family.”
In lieu of traditional gifts, the couple made donations to various organizations that support and protect families in need.
