During a 2010 episode of the popular drama series Suits, Meghan Markle, known for her role as paralegal Rachel Zane, was seen doing a small and understated curtsy in front of co-star Rick Hoffman, who played attorney Lewis Litt.
Recently, an Instagram user, known for sharing news about the royal family, posted the footage, claiming that Markle’s flawless execution of the curtsy indicated her familiarity with the gesture long before she met Prince Harry.
This led to speculation that the Netflix series, “The Crown,” which portrays the intricacies of curtsying to the Queen of England, was nothing more than a mockery.
The video clip also sparked rumors of Meghan Markle’s pregnancy.
Observant royal watchers pointed out that she appeared to have a fuller figure, particularly in the belly area, compared to previous appearances.
Social media users commented on her supposed pregnancy, noting that she looked more pregnant in the clip than she was expected to be at that time.
Some even suggested that she seemed more realistically pregnant in the video than during her actual pregnancies.
One fan theory emerged, speculating that Meghan may have been pregnant and terminated a pregnancy without discussing it with her first husband, Trevor Englesom.
While there is no concrete evidence to support this theory, some claim that the Suits wardrobe department mentioned her pregnancy during filming, only to later let out the seams when she was no longer expecting.
This scenario could potentially explain why Nick Priddy, a former colleague, was upset with her.
It has now come to light that Meghan Markle had a pregnancy contract with her first husband, Trevor Englesom.
This contract ensured that she would be provided with every possible luxury if they were to have a child together.
Concerned about the challenges of pregnancy and regaining her pre-baby celebrity shape, Meghan demanded that Englesom pay for a personal trainer and nutritionist to support her during conception and beyond.
She also discussed childcare arrangements, making sure that Englesom was willing to contribute to the cost of a nanny.
According to a close friend, this agreement was made a couple of years after Meghan and Englesom’s wedding in 2011.
At that time, Meghan was gaining success with the TV series Suits, and the couple was contemplating starting a family.
The friend explained, “She knows that her body type tends to carry extra weight, and she has always been afraid of putting on pounds, especially given her career at the time.
Even a slight weight gain would show on her face, so she wanted to ensure she could quickly regain her camera-ready appearance.
That’s why she insisted on having a personal trainer and nutritionist during and after the pregnancy.”
Although Meghan desired to be treated like a princess, the agreement between her and Englesom was informal, with no lawyers involved.
She penned a document for her husband to sign, which he felt compelled to agree to.
The friend revealed, “She says she got him to sign something, maybe just a handwritten letter that she could hold over his head.
You know what they say, ‘happy wife, happy life.’
He knew he had married someone who cared deeply about her image and sometimes felt insecure about her body, so he went along with it.
Saying no was not an option, and he understood that.”
Unfortunately, their marriage ended before they could put any of their plans into action.
