Monique Lillier, a renowned fashion brand, has refused to fulfill Meghan Markle’s order for a dress similar to the one worn by Princess Beatrice.
This incident occurred during a gala in Los Angeles, which Meghan and Prince Harry attended to distance themselves from their former ally, Omid Scobie, and his latest book.
While Markle graced the event in an expensive camel-off-the-shoulder Proenza Schuller dress, paired with Akwesasre heels, she chose not to wear a bra, resulting in her nipples being exposed in front of the cameras.
It is important to note that body shaming is unacceptable, but it is expected for public figures to wear appropriate undergarments at public events.
A stylist commented on Meghan’s choice of attire, suggesting that she may have taken into consideration the public’s preference for more modest clothing, hence opting for a beige bag.
However, this stylist also criticized her fashion choices, describing them as unoriginal and lacking in creativity.
The stylist further mentioned that Meghan seemed to believe that her shoulders were her best feature, as she often exposed them in her outfits.
Additionally, the color of the dress did not flatter her complexion, contradicting her previous claim that she had to wear beige to blend in with the royal family.
Rumors circulated that Meghan admired Princess Beatrice’s dress by Monique Lulia brand.
Many A-list stars had ordered different outfits from Monique Lulia for the Baby-to-Baby gala earlier in the week.
Meghan also attempted to order a similar dress for a variety event after Princess Beatrice released photos of herself wearing it.
However, Monique Lulia informed Meghan that Beatrice’s dress was exclusive and could not be replicated within a day.
As a result, Meghan had to choose a Proenza Schuler dress instead, which did not suit her as well, particularly in terms of color.
In contrast, Princess Beatrice looked stunning in a photo shared on social media.
She attended the opening of Monique Lulia’s flagship store in Europe, located on South Audley Street.
The princess wore a beautiful gold sequin cocktail dress and cape, which accentuated her figure.
Her auburn hair flowed in loose waves, and she kept her makeup neutral with a hint of a smoky eye.
This fashion choice received praise from her followers.
It is worth mentioning that Princess Beatrice has previously worn a piece from Monique Lulia at Royal Ascot, demonstrating her fondness for the brand.
The celebration photos were shared shortly after Beatrice attended a special royal family event hosted by King Charles.
