Prince Christian of Denmark’s 18th birthday was commemorated with a splendid gala dinner fit for a future king.
The event took place on Sunday at Christienborg Palace in Copenhagen, where royals from around the world gathered to celebrate this momentous occasion.
Notably, Queen Margrethe, his grandmother, currently reigns as the monarch.
As the eldest son of Crown Prince Frederick and Crown Princess Mary, Prince Christian is second in line to the Danish throne, with his father being the current heir.
The guest list for the event included several other future monarchs from across Europe, adding to the grandeur of the evening.
Accompanied by her parents, Crown Prince Haakon and Crown Princess Mette Marit, Princess Ingrid Alexandra of Norway, 19, attended the celebration.
Princess Elizabeth of Belgium, 21, also graced the occasion with her presence, along with her parents, Crown Princess Victoria and Prince Daniel.
Additionally, 11-year-old Princess Estella of Sweden, accompanied by her parents, joined the festivities.
Princess Katharina Amalia, the 19-year-old Dutch heir to the throne, was also present.
The majority of the visitors consisted of approximately 200 young people from across the nation.
Each of the 98 municipalities was represented by two 18-year-olds, carefully chosen to attend this unique and inclusive event.
The selection process varied, with some participants being chosen through local competitions or motivated applications, while others were chosen randomly.
These young attendees were ordinary teenagers hailing from different parts of the country.
However, amidst the joyous celebration, one notable absence was Meghan Markle, the young mother from Montecito.
It is unfortunate that she was not invited to this prestigious royal party in Copenhagen.
Undoubtedly, she would have relished the opportunity to be the center of attention.
Nonetheless, the event proceeded smoothly, with all the young attendees demonstrating proper etiquette by bowing or curtsying appropriately.
Following the gala, Meghan Markle could have taken the opportunity to visit the famous Little Mermaid statue, evading the prying eyes of the paparazzi with her ten bodyguards and seven SUVs.
It is worth noting that Meghan had previously expressed her desire to modernize the British royal family.
However, her actions have revealed that her notion of modernization was primarily focused on monetization rather than genuine reform.
According to a tweet by dripdrop, during their visit to Australia, Harry and Meghan allegedly disregarded the Danish crown prince and princess.
Interestingly, it was reported that Harry desperately sought their assistance in finding accommodation during the tumultuous period surrounding Megxit.
During the gala, Prince Christian delivered his first official speech, expressing his thoughts and aspirations.
“I must find my path, even if it leads somewhere familiar.
I have roots in many places around the world, and I enjoy traveling.
However, my home will always be here because I love my country,” he proclaimed.
He expressed his gratitude to all the young people in attendance, emphasizing the sense of camaraderie and shared experiences among them.
The prince acknowledged that they may be different in various ways but standing together in this momentous occasion made it easier for him.
It was heartwarming to hear Prince Christian speak about his parents and family, highlighting their unwavering support and strength.
His acknowledgment of his family’s role as a source of guidance and stability demonstrated great responsibility.
This stands in stark contrast to how Harry would have expressed gratitude towards his own family.
Meghan, on the other hand, would never admit to any imperfections while delivering a speech.
Meghan Markle’s misguided belief that her experiences as a philanthropist in India and Africa, coupled with her lifestyle blog, qualified her to transform the British monarchy has been repeatedly disproven.
