Prince Harry and Meghan Markle recently enjoyed a week-long vacation in Costa Rica with their two children before the holiday season.
However, photos from their trip only showed Meghan holding their daughter, while their son was nowhere to be seen.
The family of four explored various regions, including Zapatao, Nandaya, and Gunacaste, during their stay from December 14th to the 20th.
Unfortunately, their trip was cut short due to flooding in Montecito, forcing them to seek shelter elsewhere.
According to crhoi.com, the local outlet that obtained exclusive photos, the Harkles were spotted riding in a golf cart with their two-year-old daughter, Lilibet.
In a separate video captured during their getaway, Meghan was seen carrying Lilibet in her arms as they made their way from what appeared to be a luxurious resort to an SUV.
There, she carefully placed the toddler in the back seat.
Interestingly, a source close to an insider revealed that Archie, their son, was left at home with his nanny while Montecito dealt with the flood.
This raises two possible scenarios: either there is no second child, or Meghan and Harry decided to leave Archie behind.
If the latter is true, it begs the question of why they didn’t arrange for someone to care for him during their trip.
Adding to their unfortunate turn of events, reports indicate that Harry and Meghan’s neighborhood in Montecito is currently under flash flood warnings due to a superstorm hitting Southern California.
Heavy rains have caused parts of California to become drenched, leading to the threat of flooding and mudslides.
The National Weather Service has issued warnings, and thunderstorms have been observed in Santa Barbara and Montecito.
In nearby Oxnard, residents have reported being trapped in their cars as multiple streets have become submerged in water.
Furthermore, a tornado warning has been issued for central Ventura County until 2 am local time.
Meteorologists have cautioned that a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado is moving north at 15 mph near Oxnard.
Fortunately, Prince Harry and Meghan were able to escape the floods safely by choosing an alternative destination.
However, many fans are concerned about the safety of Archie, who had to remain in Montecito.
The couple has managed to keep Archie hidden from the public eye, leading to speculation among some fans.
Some wonder if the child seen with them in Costa Rica could belong to friends who happened to be traveling with them or visiting their house in Montecito.
This raises doubts about whether the children are truly theirs or if they are simply accompanying someone else’s kids on various outings.
Without explicit confirmation from Harry and Meghan, it remains uncertain.
Critics have pointed out that the photos released from their vacation appear staged compared to paparazzi shots of other celebrities with their children.
While the faces of these children are often blurred, Meghan’s critics argue that she doesn’t seem to protest or try to hide from the camera due to privacy concerns.
Some believe that this recent photo of Meghan with a child was intentionally arranged to counter the criticism of the couple not spending enough time with their own children.
It seems like a way for them to say, “Look, we do spend time with our children.”
However, upon closer inspection, the child in the photo doesn’t appear to be too happy being carried by Meghan.
Critics also claim that Meghan lacks proper technique in holding a child, further fueling the debate.
