In the midst of ongoing paternity suspicions surrounding James Hewitt, Prince Harry has made a lighthearted comment about his son Archie’s ginger hair.
The Duke of Sussex and Meghan Markle’s child bears a striking resemblance to both Prince Harry and Hewitt, who is rumored to be his biological father.
With all three men sharing the same hair color, doubts about Prince Harry’s paternity have resurfaced since the couple welcomed their infant.
Recently, Prince Harry and Markle took their child to a nursery for the first time, where Archie seemed particularly drawn to two other red-haired babies.
“Archie enjoyed himself a lot.
He was moving around on all fours and was very enamored with two other redhead infants,” shared the Duke, playfully adding, “Gingers stick together.”
Hair specialist Spencer Stevenson further confirmed that Archie, like his father, has a rich head of ginger hair.
This only fueled speculation that Prince Harry and Hewitt could indeed be the biological fathers, as Prince Harry’s ginger gene did not overpower Markle’s dark hair.
Stevenson emphasized the significance of the ginger gene, especially since there are no other gingers in the royal lineage.
However, Stevenson clarified that it is untrue that Hewitt is Prince Harry’s biological father, providing genetic evidence to dismiss the claims.
According to the hair specialist, Prince Harry inherited the male pattern baldness (MPB) gene from the Windsor family, which is evident in his thinning hair.
Hewitt, on the other hand, only experiences a receding hairline rather than overall thinning.
The specialist emphasized that Prince Charles is the source of the MPB gene, not Hewitt.
Ken Wharfe, Princess Diana’s former bodyguard, revealed in his book “Diana: Closely Guarded Secret” that the late Princess of Wales was deeply upset by the rumors surrounding Prince Harry’s paternity.
Reports suggest that it is the Spencer family, not Hewitt, from whom Prince Harry inherited his red hair.
In other news, King Charles embarked on a solo visit to East London today, as Queen Consort Camilla chose to remain at home to continue her recovery from COVID-19.
The King’s destination was the Felix Project, the largest food redistribution organization in the city, located in Poplar.
Established in 2016 by Justin and Jane Byam Shaw, the non-profit aims to combat food waste and poverty by redistributing surplus food to those in need.
During his visit, King Charles met with volunteers and community partners, toured the facility’s kitchen and warehouse, and had a brief reception with supporters of the organization.
To assist in preserving the freshness of the donated food, the King and the Prince of Wales Charity Fund each pledged £1 million to establish a fund that would provide refrigerators and freezers for the organization.
Over 600 refrigerators and freezers have already been distributed nationwide, with an additional 200 currently being prepared.
The Felix Project currently supplies food to approximately 1,000 community organizations, schools, food banks, shelters for domestic violence victims, and homeless shelters throughout London.
This summer, the organization is set to distribute its 100 millionth meal.
In 2021, they also launched Felix’s Kitchen, which prepares 3,500 to 5,000 meals daily using leftover food.
During his visit, the King unveiled a plaque to commemorate the occasion and observed the entire process of food production, packing, and storage in the walk-in chillers.
Additionally, he took note of the electric vans used by the Felix Project to deliver meals across the city.
As a gesture of support, the King presented a new, smaller freezer to one of the charity’s local partners.
While Queen Consort Camilla was initially scheduled to join her husband on February 13, she tested positive for COVID-19 and remained at home to recover.
Despite her absence, King Charles’s visit to the Felix Project was a resounding success, demonstrating his commitment to combating food waste and supporting those in need.
