Prince Harry, the Duke of Sussex, reportedly did not bid farewell to his grandmother, Queen Elizabeth II, before her passing.
Speculations suggest that this was due to a heated argument with his father regarding his wife, Meghan Markle, a well-known actress from basic cable television.
Now, Prince Harry’s friends are attempting to reshape the narrative, claiming that he was snubbed and left devastated during the Queen’s funeral.
According to sources close to Prince Harry, he was deeply affected by what he perceived as snubs from his family members.
The Duke of Sussex is currently preparing to release a tell-all memoir, expected to include details about the events leading up to the monarch’s demise on September 8th.
Lord Archer, expressing concern, stated that the book could further damage Harry’s already strained relationship with his family.
He added, “Apparently, Harry was taken aback by the public’s response to the Queen’s death, considering she represented everything he spoke about with conflicting intentions.”
Consequently, Prince Harry is said to be eager to make changes and adopt a more moderate approach in his public statements.
In contrast, Mr. Archer believes that the book’s publisher, Penguin Random House, will strive to maximize its controversial content to ensure a return on their investment.
Regarding Meghan Markle’s current lifestyle, Archer described her as a highly intelligent woman.
During the Queen’s State Funeral, some viewers noticed that Prince Harry was seated in the second row, while Zara Tindall and her husband Mike occupied the front row alongside senior members of the royal family, including Prince William and Catherine.
This observation led some royal enthusiasts to claim that Harry had been intentionally slighted.
The somber atmosphere and mourning expected during such an occasion did not necessarily demand cheerful expressions from the family.
However, Dickie Arbiter, Queen Elizabeth’s former press secretary from 1988 to 2000, detected an unexpected emotion in Prince Harry’s demeanor.
Arbiter stated, “If you examine the published photographs from the funeral, it was undoubtedly a solemn affair.
But Harry’s expressions conveyed more than solemnity; they revealed anger.
His body language spoke volumes.”
Moreover, Tom Bauer has asserted that Prince Harry clings to Meghan Markle due to his emotional neediness.
Bauer believes that Meghan fulfills all of Harry’s requirements in a way that none of his previous partners could.
Bauer further claims that Harry remains deeply affected by the childhood traumas resulting from his parents’ messy divorce and the tragic death of his mother, Princess Diana.
“I believe he enjoyed being in the Pacific more than shaking hands in the rain in a northern British town,” Bauer reasoned.
He also suggests that the funeral of Queen Elizabeth, Harry’s grandmother, served as a painful reminder of the isolation he feels from his family.
As a result of his self-imposed exile, Harry was prohibited from wearing his military uniform and saluting the coffin.
Bauer speculates that these factors may strain the Sussexes’ marriage, stating, “I think the funeral reawakened his misery, reminding him of how cut off he is from his family and friends, making him feel like an outsider.
This places significant pressure on their relationship.”
