The Heritage Foundation has been actively advocating for the transparency of Prince Harry’s visa application process to ascertain whether he disclosed his history of drug use before entering the US.

According to the director of the Heritage Foundation’s oversight project, Mike Howell, the request to make Prince Harry’s visa application public is rooted in the public interest, especially considering the possibility of his visa being revoked due to illicit substance use.

Questions have emerged regarding the adequacy of the vetting process Prince Harry underwent before entering the US and the extent of his drug use.

However, the US State Department spokesperson cited confidentiality regulations outlined in section 222F of the Immigration and Nationality Act (INA), preventing the divulgence of specific visa case information.

In his candid memoir “Spare,” Prince Harry openly admitted to experimenting with various substances such as cocaine, cannabis, and magic mushrooms, attributing their usage to coping with personal trauma.

He highlighted the therapeutic effects of psychedelics and marijuana in managing his emotional struggles, while describing his cocaine use as primarily social in nature.
