Prince William and Kate Middleton, the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge, never fail to share heartwarming anecdotes about their children, Prince George, Princess Charlotte, and Prince Louis.
During their recent royal engagements, the couple unveiled two-year-old Louis’ newest fascination.
On Tuesday, the pair embarked on a visit to multiple businesses in London to assess their post-lockdown progress.
Their day commenced at the London Bridge Job Centre, where they engaged with various employers.
Lloyd Graham, the Community Engagement Manager for Celtbrae construction company, informed the couple about the firm’s provision of higher-degree apprenticeships and the ongoing demolition of local buildings for the redevelopment of the Elephant and Castle area.
William expressed to Graham that their children, particularly Louis, would be thrilled to witness the construction work and see the diggers in action, as they absolutely adore it.
Kate playfully nudged her husband, reminding him not to forget Charlotte, who would also find it fascinating.
The Duke and Duchess frequently disclose details about their children’s activities during school breaks.
In February, William shared the joyous moments George and Charlotte experienced during their half-term break at Anmer Hall, their Norfolk residence.
After attending the Wales vs France Six Nations match at Cardiff’s Principality Stadium, William mentioned that they had been involved in lambing activities with the children throughout the week.
While Charlotte initially hesitated, George enthusiastically participated.
Additionally, Louis has developed a fondness for tractors.
The children thoroughly enjoy observing and feeding the lambs.
During the lockdown period, the Cambridges resided in Norfolk but recently returned to London as George and Charlotte resumed their studies at Thomas’s Battersea, located in southwest London.
Following the Royal Family’s summer break, William’s first engagement in Belfast provided an opportunity for him to express his relief at his eldest children returning to school.
As a father of three, he acknowledged the challenges of the past five months and expressed gratitude for the resumption of regular school routines.
In East London, the Duke and Duchess donned aprons and masks as they visited the renowned Beigel Bake in Brick Lane.
With seven and one-quarter pounds of dough at their disposal, William and Kate skillfully kneaded it into shape to create 34-ounce bagels.
Their competitive nature shone through as they playfully vied for the title of bagel-making champion.
After sanitizing their hands, the royal couple giggled and got to work, with the Duke adding the finishing touches to his dough ball.
Elias Cohen, son of Amnon Cohen, the bakery’s founder in 1974, jokingly declared Kate as the winner.
William laughed and placed his dough on a tray for further shaping, accepting the playful defeat.
As they continued working on the dough, the Duchess couldn’t help but laugh, teasing that everyone should wait to witness the aftermath.
She humorously mentioned her beginner’s luck, but predicted that things would gradually worsen as they proceeded.
