Princess Catherine, accompanied by her youngest children, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis, embarked on a special and undisclosed outing yesterday.
The trio had the opportunity to witness the rehearsals of the popular show Strictly Come Dancing, with the added privilege of occupying the judges’ chairs.
According to The Sun, both Charlotte and Louis even participated in the judging process, using scoring paddles to deliver their verdicts for dancers Katia Jones and Neil Jones.
During their visit, the Princess and her children also had the chance to meet presenters Tess Daly and Claudia Winkleman, as well as professional dancers Diane Buswell and Nadia Bikova.
This secret escapade lasted around two hours.
The family was treated to a tour of the costume department, where young Louis playfully tried on a small gold crown.
They also stood on the balcony, where contestants gather above the dance floor.
A source revealed, “Kate and Charlotte are huge fans of Strictly, so they were thrilled to receive the invitation.
Kate captured some precious moments by taking pictures of the children in the judges’ seats.
She appeared relaxed, wearing a constant smile.
