Princess Catherine turned heads as she made a dazzling appearance in an emerald green dress.
The Princess of Wales, accompanied by Prince William, attended a reception hosted by the British Ambassador to Ireland.
Catherine looked effortlessly chic in a Victorian-inspired ensemble, wearing a shimmering green dress from the vampire’s wife collection.
The reception took place at the Gravity Bar in the Guinness Storehouse, as part of their official visit to Ireland, which will span until Thursday.
Catherine’s choice of attire was a showstopper, with its high neck and long sleeves, reminiscent of the Victorian era.
The dress, known as the Falconetti dress, features a three-quarter length style with ruffled details at the hem and sleeves.
Its chiffon overskirt adds an ethereal touch, while the metallic sheen accentuates Catherine’s slim figure.
Interestingly, this was not the first time we’ve seen Catherine in this eye-catching green dress.
In fact, an official portrait painted by Jamie Coreth and unveiled in June 2022 also featured the Princess in the same attire.
Clearly, Catherine knew she would make a statement in this shimmering outfit, which was unlike anything we had seen her wear before.
The choice of green was particularly fitting for the occasion, as it paid homage to the Emerald Isle.
The vampire’s wife, the brand behind the dress, draws inspiration from the early 20th century Gibson girl silhouette, adding a touch of retro aesthetic to their designs.
Catherine previously showcased another creation from the vampire’s wife during a reception in Belize in March 2022.
On that occasion, she wore a floor-length magenta-pink dress made from a similarly shimmering fabric, known as the light sleeper dress in ruby.
Despite the chilly weather, Catherine arrived at the reception without a jacket, fully embracing the glamour of the event.
She completed her look with a pair of emerald green stilettos, which she had also worn earlier in the day.
Oversized drop-gold earrings and a small sparkly gold clutch bag added the perfect finishing touches to her classy ensemble.
