Princess Charlotte, the adorable young daughter of the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge, was captured in a heartwarming moment during the traditional Easter service.
As her mother exchanged greetings with a reverend, the young princess innocently stared at the floor, seemingly losing interest in the formalities.
Meanwhile, her father, the Duke of Cambridge, and her elder brother, Prince George, appeared more engaged in the proceedings.
Despite her apparent disinterest, Princess Charlotte’s sweet demeanor did not go unnoticed.
Twitter users were quick to shower her with compliments, appreciating her cute looks.
Patricia Hogson, one such user, remarked on the princess’s resemblance to Queen Elizabeth, praising her beautiful smile and well-dressed appearance in traditional clothes.
This Easter service marked Princess Charlotte’s second public appearance in just three weeks.
Previously, she had won the hearts of royal fans during a memorial service dedicated to her late great-grandfather, Prince Philip.
For the occasion, the young princess donned a floral spring dress paired with a neat navy cardigan, while her elder brother emulated their father’s style by wearing a navy suit.
The Duchess of Cambridge coordinated her outfit with her daughter’s, opting for a pastel blue coat and a darker shaded hat.
Notably absent from the service was Queen Elizabeth, who has been experiencing mobility issues.
The Easter service holds a significant place in the royal calendar, but this year, the Prince of Wales and the Duchess of Cornwall represented the Queen at Thursday’s Royal Maundy service at the same chapel and also chose not to attend the Easter Sunday service.
However, the Queen did recently attend a service at Westminster Abbey commemorating the life of her late husband, the Duke of Edinburgh, alongside other senior royals and a congregation of hundreds.
Despite her age of 95, she continues to fulfill her duties as head of state, participating in virtual events and carrying out her responsibilities.
To mark the Easter event, the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge took to social media.
