The ongoing legal battle over Prince Harry’s US visa has taken a new turn as the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) refuses to release immigration records related to the Duke of Sussex.
This development comes after a scathing statement was released, following the latest decision in the case.
Additionally, it has been revealed that Harry attempted to avoid paying taxes on his Montecito home by seeking to have it designated as an official mission or consulate in the United States.
According to a source, the idea behind this move was not only to evade property taxes but also to strengthen Harry’s International Protected Person (IPP) claims and ensure paid security, as a consulate is considered diplomatic.
The source further speculated that diplomatic immunity might even shield Harry from potential legal issues such as drug charges.
However, this proposal was vetoed by Prime Minister Rishi Sunak, indicating that it required approval at the highest level.
The rejection of this request sheds light on Harry’s recent attack on the British government during his court case.
It appears that the prince may not fully comprehend that the preferential treatment he received in the past does not extend to the United States.
Some observers question whether Harry himself conceived the plan or if it was directed by Meghan.
Recent rumors have surfaced regarding the couple’s Montecito home, suggesting that they purchased it through a trust but no longer reside there.
In fact, they reportedly have not been at the property since August or September of last year.
These developments follow remarks made by Prince Harry during his testimony in the High Court in London against Mirror Group newspapers, which prompted royal biographer Angela Levin to question his place in the line of succession.
Levin expressed her hope that action would be taken against Harry after the court case, expressing her anger at his statement that the United Kingdom was at rock bottom due to the press and the government.
She was joined by journalist Dan Wooten, who described Harry’s comments as the lowest of the low.
Both agreed that his disregard for royal protocol and democracy was evident.
While Prince Harry has been able to withstand personal attacks on himself and other family members, Levin does not believe that King Charles will tolerate his son disrespecting the country.
Despite enduring difficulties related to Camilla and William, King Charles has managed to maintain composure.
However, Levin believes that Harry’s disdain for the country is sufficient grounds to remove him from the line of succession.
Currently fifth in line, Prince Harry’s biographer does not want him to have any chance at the throne.
