The Duke and Duchess of Sussex, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle, created a stir with their unexpected presence at the premiere of “Bob Marley, One Love” in Jamaica on Tuesday.
The couple graced the red carpet hand in hand, with Meghan stunning in a black spaghetti strap top paired elegantly with a Carolina Herrera skirt and Jennifer Meyer earrings.
Harry opted for a more casual look, sporting a suit without a tie for the evening at the Carribe Theatre in Kingston.
Scheduled to hit theaters on February 14th, “Bob Marley, One Love” features Kingsley Ben-Adir portraying the iconic singer Bob Marley and Lashana Lynch as his wife Rita.
The film’s synopsis highlights Marley’s enduring legacy, celebrating his life and music that continues to inspire generations with its message of love and unity.
Audiences will witness Bob’s remarkable journey of triumph over challenges and the profound narrative behind his groundbreaking music.
During the event, the royal couple graciously posed for photographs alongside Jamaican Prime Minister Andrew Hollins and Brian Robbins, the President, and CEO of Paramount Pictures and Nickelodeon.
This visit marks a return trip to Jamaica for Prince Harry, 39, and Meghan, 42, who had previously visited the Caribbean country together before their engagement, attending the 2017 wedding of Harry’s friend Tom Skippy Inskip to Lara Hughes-Young.
Prince Harry’s recent public appearance at the Bob Marley premiere closely followed his attendance at the Living Legends of Aviation Awards in Beverly Hills, where he received an accolade as an inductee.
Reports suggest that Meghan may have missed the event due to one of their children falling ill.
The couple shares two young ones, son Prince Archie, aged four, and daughter Princess Lilibet, aged two.
