A lifetime of royal photography by the Hussein family is about to be showcased in a special London exhibition entitled “Princess Diana, Accredited Access.”
Welcome to Royal Pancakes, where we delve into the captivating world of the British royal family without missing a beat.
Renowned photographer Samir Hussein has provided a glimpse into the true essence of Meghan Markle, drawing from his family’s extensive experience in capturing portraits of royals across generations.
Notably, Samir immortalized the Duke and Duchess of Sussex in a striking image, adorned in vibrant blue hues, sharing a tender moment under an umbrella back in 2020.
Delving into his encounters with Meghan, who officially became part of the royal family in 2018, Samir expressed his awe at her refined demeanor.
In an interview with the Telegraph, he highlighted Meghan’s affectionate nature, emphasizing her penchant for intertwining hands with the Duke and linking arms, a gesture that struck him as truly remarkable.
The Duke, aged 39, and the Duchess, aged 42, have garnered attention for their public displays of affection, a departure from the traditional reserve observed by most royal couples.
The enchanting photograph capturing Harry and Meghan gazing lovingly at each other is slated to feature prominently in an upcoming photographic exhibition debuting in London this May.
Titled “Princess Diana, Accredited Access,” the exhibition will pay tribute to the artistic legacy of the Hussein family spanning decades.
Alongside Samir’s works, the collection will showcase the creations of his father, Anwar, and brother, Zak.
Set to kick off at the Dockside Vaults in St Catherine Docks, London, on May 25, the exhibition promises a visual feast until September 2.
Following its successful run in Australia, the United States, and Canada, the exhibition will not only unveil private snapshots of the late Princess Diana but also present captivating images capturing three generations of the royal family.
Reflecting on Princess Diana’s enduring impact, Samir underscored the profound narratives encapsulated within each frame, shedding light on her transformative influence on royal traditions.
Samir delved into Princess Diana’s multifaceted persona, portraying her as a trailblazer in modern motherhood within the royal realm, leaving an indelible mark on her sons, William and Harry.
Beyond her role as a fashion icon, Princess Diana’s humanitarian endeavors are celebrated, setting a new standard in royal philanthropy.
With a poignant nod to the future, Samir hinted at the ongoing photographic documentation of Princess Diana’s offspring, infusing the exhibition with a sense of continuity and evolution.
