However, it appears that the gifts were only for the young members of the two families, indicating that Kate and William may not be ready to reconcile with the Sussexes just yet.

Royal analyst Roya Nikha suggests that William and Kate would not deny three-year-old Archie and one-year-old Lilibet a present under the tree, despite any lingering tensions between the couples.

During this time, they joined Kate and William for a walkabout in Windsor, interacting with mourners and paying their respects to the late monarch.

The relationship between the Sussexes and the Cambridges has been strained, and the recent release of a Netflix docuseries may have further exacerbated tensions.

The series includes references to and digs at Kate and William, which Meghan claims unsettled the couple when they first met.

In one teaser, Meghan mentions the conflict between a family and a family business.

The upcoming episodes of the program, set to air on December 15, are expected to make scathing accusations about the royal institution itself.
